
Steve Cooper
Chief Executive Officer
Steve Cooper is a highly decorated U.S. Army Veteran who served in both Infantry and Law Enforcement roles before transitioning into entrepreneurship, education, and nonprofit leadership. He later taught at the college level, was a college president, founded and sold multiple companies, and started several nonprofit organizations focused on Veteran advocacy.
Steve gained national recognition for his role in exposing and helping address the Phoenix VA scandal and was recognized by President Trump during the signing ceremony of the VA Mission Act at the White House in 2018.
After being diagnosed with Stage IV prostate cancer in 2012, Steve became the first person in the world to complete a 140.6-mile Ironman triathlon while undergoing radiation treatment, repeating the accomplishment the following year during chemotherapy. In 2020, he was inducted into the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame.
Steve is passionate about supporting Veterans, entrepreneurship, and building mission-driven businesses. He is also an avid poker player and resides in Florida with his wife, Rima, and their dog, Lexi.

Lanny Lang
Chief Financial Officer
Lanny Lang is a Chief Financial Officer and strategic advisor with extensive experience in financial leadership, corporate governance, regulatory reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and complex business restructurings. Known for his hands-on and detail-oriented approach, Lanny specializes in bringing clarity, structure, and execution to high-pressure business environments.
Throughout his career, he has helped companies stabilize operations, strengthen financial reporting, execute growth initiatives, navigate regulatory and audit matters, and position organizations for public market and strategic transactions. His experience spans both emerging growth and publicly traded companies across multiple industries.
Lanny is recognized for his practical problem-solving approach, strong financial acumen, and ability to manage complex situations with discipline and efficiency. He believes in clear communication, accountability, and execution-focused leadership.
Lanny resides in Arizona with his wife Carol, to whom he has been married for more than 42 years. Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycle adventures, travel, and spending time with their four grandchildren.
